YJ-9104CStearic Acid Freezing Point Tester (High Temperature Type) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the national standard GB/T 9104-2022 Test Methods for Industrial Stearic Acid, and is applicable for measuring the freezing point of industrial stearic acid.
I. Main Technical Features
1. The design of this instrument fully complies with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 9104-2022 Test Methods for Industrial Stearic Acid.
2. The instrument has a reasonable design, simple installation and convenient operation.
3. The inner and outer test tubes are fitted with ground joints, making operation convenient.
4. This instrument adopts a transparent high-borosilicate glass beaker, which allows good observation of the sample.
5. The fixing cover is made of polytetrafluoroethylene or stainless steel, which is sturdy, durable and highly corrosion-resistant.
6. A high-precision mercury thermometer ensures a temperature accuracy of 0.1°C.
7. The equipped constant temperature bath is a high-precision constant temperature source with built-in heating. It can be connected to the constant temperature cup through a hose via the water tank inside the machine, and used as a supporting constant temperature source, providing users with a thermostatically controlled, uniformly and constantly temperature field during operation.
8. The hidden push-pull drainage pipeline facilitates liquid discharge.
9. The built-in new generation temperature control program ensures stable operation of the equipment.
10. It is equipped with multiple protection devices against overheating and overcurrent.
11. It adopts XMT analog-digital PID automatic control system with digital temperature display.
12. Both the inner container and the countertop are made of full stainless steel, which is clean, hygienic, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.
13. The constant temperature cup has a capacity of 1000ml and adopts a double-layer jacket design, with a small threaded nozzle at the top and bottom respectively for connecting rubber hoses, through which hot and cold media can pass. The outer layer of the glass beaker is designed with a flat bottom, and the inner layer can be made with a flat bottom or a round bottom.
